It was the year 1983 when BMW got the idea to put the M1 engine (M88/3) in the e24 to create the ultimate 'sharknose'. A whopping 286BHP was delivered from the 3,5L naturally aspired 6cilinder engine, making possible a 0-60MPH time in just 6sec. The thing that BMW must have thought back then; Bye bye Porsche. Freude am Fahren? Jawohl!
This example is unique with less than 48.000KM (30.000Mls) and 95% of the original paintwork! Complete accident free and obviously there was never a cigarette near the interior. Complete BMW serviced by the first owner. Also the original TRX alloys are with the car, but because Michelin doesn't give out information of the new production batch (The ones on the alloys are just to old.), we have bought an additional pair of M5 e28 alloys with brand new tires. This keeps the original look and most importantly: This drivers car is ready to be driven again!
Also we have done a new major service to put this unique example back into top-fit condition!
The only questions is; Store for investment or enjoy and drive it in sunny weather?
